I made the stupid mistake of downloading this app even after reading all of the terrible reviews. I only downloaded it to redeem the $10 off coupon. Tried ordering and it turns out you need to create an account to get this discount. After spending all the time to figure this out and then creating an account, I finally reach the “Rewards” section. When I try to redeem the $10 off it hits me with a “Invalid Authentication Token”. DO NOT waste your time with this app. Just order off Google Food or in person.

Integration for Apple Pay would be appreciated. Don’t like having to store credit card data for quick pay use.

App Used to allow for 25% discount. Now they will lose customers who order via the app because a $20 wrap is not worth the small protein portions and excessive rice fillings.

So I have to go to restaurant and then wait 30 mins for them to receive order or just decide to start from scratch

The app is very difficult to use and feels like it hasn’t been updated in years. Why not make it more user friendly and modernize it so that it’s easier like Uber eats and more?
