## Carrot Express Reviews in United States

### *---- "Delivery option reverts to pickup, the wait seems endless"
The app has been turning my “delivery” order into pickup; a huge waste of time and too buggy.
-- DKNYNJ23, 2024-12-17

### ***** "Favorite"
Great food and smoothies every time
-- Mari Luuuu, 2024-12-10

### ***** "Body by Carrot!"
Delicious healthy food I’m down 10 lbs eating here daily - app is easy to use and adds points/rewards by ordering through here - highly recommended!!!
-- Bduarte09, 2024-12-04

### ***-- "Add Apple Pay"
I’m completely befuddle when a store does not have Apple Pay as an option, in their app.
-- fiesty77, 2024-12-04

### ***** "One of my new favorites!"
Carrot Express has become a new favorite of mine. They now have a breakfast menu and the Huevos Ranchero is my go to, mixed with their cilantro lime dressing… simply amazing. I also enjoy having their fruit salad. They have a great menu! 10/10
-- shvbba, 2024-10-16

### *---- "Can’t Track Delivery"
It’s impossible to track your delivery, even though when you order they do give you a tracking number. When you call the store, no one answers. Hard to believe that they can stay in business and operate this way.
-- No Delivery Tracking, 2024-08-13

### ***-- "Best lentil soup Ever!"
Great soup!
-- ilechmir, 2024-08-06

### ***** "I love this app"
I eat here easily 3x a week, when I saw that they had a reward system, I was so excited!!
-- Stephtarre, 2024-08-05

### *---- "Bad customer service"
Currently waiting in the store for an order I placed 30 minutes ago ahead of time. Meanwhile, people have come in to order at the counter and received their order sooner… won’t be here again.
-- Tara The Greatest!, 2024-07-02

### *---- "App completely doesn’t work"
Tried to order for my wife when I was out of town and it just doesn’t work. Very frustrating. Their loss as it wouldn’t even let me order. Poor service.
-- Ifanov, 2024-06-05
