## Carry Reviews in United States

### ***** "Prenatal yoga bliss"
Love Carry! This app offers prenatal yoga support but also helps with emotional well being. The instructors are calming, encouraging, knowledgeable and safe. Highly rec if you’re wanting to feel more connected to your body (and baby! :-).
-- L Neumann, 2025-05-07

### ***** "Easy to use and educational"
A friend shared this app with me and I was so surprised that I didn’t know about this before! Grateful for the resource and all the helpful tibits it’s offering!
-- Dani Gisselle, 2024-12-19

### ***** "Yoga instructors you can trust"
It’s hard to know what you’re getting with an app. But I knew one of the instructors Heather from a live course and the movements really helped me with the daily aches and pains of pregnancy. I highly recommend practicing yoga during pregnancy. It is such a blessing. You can trust the yoga instructors on this app.
-- snoweydayzsomewhere, 2024-12-06

### ***** "A wonderful resource for all."
I love Carry’s simple yoga sessions you can do whenever you have a little time and headspace.
-- shawnwpetersen, 2024-09-23

### ***** "As a mom of 3…"
This app is wonderful. The 5 min stretch/ yoga options are my favorite. Plus you can tell the quotes were written by real parents. It’s simple, straightforward, comforting and doesn’t waste your precious time as a parent. Would highly recommend for the postpartum period and beyond.
-- kb19744, 2024-09-20

### *---- "Unusable so glitchy"
App is super glitchy. Doesn’t work with airplay/screen mirroring on Apple TV so can only watch on phone. There video shuts down after 10 seconds each time.
-- mirrortebby, 2024-02-03

### ***** "The movement app for pregnancy and postpartum that you’ve been looking for"
I love the motivation behind the creation of CARRY- to support all pregnant people in their pregnancies and postpartum time to feel empowered, to have easy access to accessible practices for all stages and days, and a soft place to land during this tender life phase. All of the teachers have such a passion for supporting folks in the perinatal time and bring so much practical knowledge and compassionate care to their offerings. I’m grateful to be included as a guide in these practices and wholeheartedly recommend people try it out.
-- TenderEvolution, 2023-08-31

### ***** "Fantastic resource, easy to use"
I had this app recommended by a few friends and it does not disappoint. It’s straight forward, welcoming and easy to navigate to what I need in the moment. The yoga sessions are a nice way to keep up your activity and focus on your body. The meditation options were great for my mental health. It’s amazing how a few guided minutes of focus can make the daily stress fade. All of this contributed to a much more pleasant and manageable pregnancy and recovery after.
The links to resources were also a big help. I used them frequently.
Overall I find this app to be just what I need.
-- PDXREM, 2023-04-08

### ***** "My wife loved this app"
I purchased a monthly subscription for my pregnant wife, in her first trimester, as a gift and she loved it.

It’s easy to use and she could find quick sessions for yoga and meditation during pregnancy that fit into her busy day.

Thanks team Carry for your thoughtfulness while designing this app.
-- DasPorter, 2023-03-22

### ***** "Perfection"
This app is what I’ve been looking for. There’s quick effective videos, meditation to ease my mind and they included the 4th trimester. The experience feels like it is made just for you. Thank you!
