New update is glitchy
The new update now won’t proceed to inspection after VIN scan. I have to force close the app and open it again to start the inspection after VIN scan
Very bad app
Keep lost the loads ,very slow assign the load and most of the time when they assign the load does not show up on my side keep give us hard time to get the load
Needs Work
This app is one of the worst apps you can use as a carrier/transporter. I have ignored so many loads just because it doesn’t like all the other transportation apps. Over 6000 carrier and 20000 trucks they claim but the app is built like an owner operator app. Can do better. Or maybe it’s built that way to create issues to give them reasons not to pay carriers.
Worse app ever in use for transport drivers
Looks like all reviews are fake, not from real drivers the worse app ever seen in car transport business. With 9 pictures only for the pick up inspection, you will never protect yourself. Pickup inspection takes five times more of your time. Most of the time the vin number not scan, if it’s not scanned you have to type all 17 digits manually. You can say why not just copy them, but they provide only last 8 digits of the vin🤯. I wish this app will be banned.!!!!
Awful
Awful worst app out there hard to navigate super dispatch is the best

App won’t let me search loads I have to search on desk top than search for the load I find via load ID on the app

Very unfriendly, time consuming app !!!
Why so complicated?
Idk why they keep using this complicated app the super dispatch app is way easier to use and much faster, if anything copy the way there app is or just let the transporters use super dispatch for your loads
Poor layout
Take notes from super dispatch on how to properly layout your app. It’s not a bad app but compared to super dispatch this is a joke
