Overall I think this platform is a good value for a smaller dealer like us. I wish they could get the shaky screen problem fixed when you are trying to write a description or reply to a lead. If they will take care of that I will come back and add 2 stars!
Ongoing bug that is not fixed for a while now, super annoying!! When listing a vehicle and entering vin or stock # the whole screen start shaking. Also same happens when in emails/messages/text clicking on reply. Please fix, it’s been going on for over a year now.

Inconsistent with how frequently it works in scanning in vins. Crashes frequently.
Crashing issues
The app wont go into landscape mode on my iPad. I haven’t been able to use this app on my iPad. It needs to go back into horizontal mode so I can type on my iPad keyboard.
