I just love this online shopping for my grandson

I used this app to purchase items over a couple of years. I must have spent thousands of dollars here. One order, I get something completely different from what I paid for. I reach out and customer service did not only not resolve the issue or take responsibility, they asked me to pay (again!) to ship the items they sent me in error.

Love all Carter’s clothing especially for girls. Prices and sales are great and the rewards are an extra bonus.

Love the sales and the prices

They removed the “price low to high” and now only have “price high to low.” That’s pretty self-serving and audacious of them, to force me to scroll through literally 1,000 items to find the ones that are most affordable. I have enough kids I don’t have time for stuff that’s $31/item. Over 3/4 of the clothes I own for the kids was $6 or less per item. Trying to strong-arm me into looking at items I don’t want to buy is the poorest customer service I’ve experienced using a shopping app in… well, actually, probably ever. Change it back, Carter’s. Please and thank you. I won’t be fooling with the app til you do.
