## Carv Digital Ski Coach Description
Carv was born out of the idea that better skiers have more fun. Most of us want to improve, to ski harder terrain, and to feel more confident and controlled while doing it, whatever our level.
With Carv, you don’t have to choose between learning and skiing. Every run you ski powers your journey to better skiing, wherever you ski, whoever you want to ski with.
Improve your technique, and have more fun on snow.

Magical AI Analysis

Powered by Motion AI, Carv analyzes every movement of your boots and transforms it into objective, real-time feedback that helps you improve without breaking up your day.
With each run, Carv provides a performance score and technique breakdown, tracking your progress over time so you can see just how far you’ve come.

Real-Time Coaching

The experience is fully tailored to you. Carv sets a focus area based on your goals and skill level, so you always know what to work on next. And you can choose the level of coaching that fits your day — from no audio, to tips on the chairlift, to real-time feedback on every turn.
Now with automatic terrain detection, Carv adapts to the snow surface underfoot—whether you’re skiing powder, groomers, or moguls—and adjusts its coaching to suit the terrain.
Just clip on Carv and take it anywhere on the mountain for a seamless, personalized coaching experience that evolves with you.

“Turn any ski boot into a personal coach.” - Bloomberg

## Carv Digital Ski Coach Reviews in United States

### ***** "Best virtual ski coach out there"
Having Carv has helped me learn how to ski much faster and better. Teaching me correct habits and techniques in real time while giving applicable and digestible feedback. It’s easy to use and the interface is amazing. It’s like having a 1:1 coach with you at all times for a fraction of the cost.
-- Dodonnal, 2025-01-04

### ***** "Yeah, it works really well for me"
It’s my third year using them, and I’m always renewing it.

It helped me immensely with my skiing, bought me to a level of skiing I have had before. The exercises and metrics tell you what to focus on and you see yourself improving.

There are things they can’t track and it’s still worth getting an instructor class every now and then. But you can go very far even without a private instructor
-- Belsdont, 2025-01-03

### ***** "SkiNH"
I am addicted- improving and feeling more confident
-- Peter1229393939393939393939393, 2025-01-01

### *---- "Disappointing"
I click on a run… app says “loading run” and nothing else happens! I can see my run iQ but it gives me ZERO guidance on how that number was generated or how to improve it.
-- LyonsLeo, 2024-12-30

### *---- "Frustrating"
The product is great. The customer support is extremely frustrating. I was about to renew my subscription. There's one latter step requires information from email, which I didn't get. (While I did get emails from earlier steps, and I checked spam folder.) I reached out to the customer support, but they gave general steps to "start", which didn't answer how to deal with the missing email. I clarified the blocking step. And I got exact same copy-paste reply. I tried clarifying again but still got a very general answer, "You can easily update ... Just tap ...", which I already know. Now, the only option I have is stopping the subscription.
-- Pleasefixit000, 2024-12-18

### ***** "Great update"
Skied a few days on the new Carv sensors without the foot bed insert. Seems to be giving an accurate analysis of my skiing and the new user interface on the Carv app is a huge improvement over the previous one I used last year. Much more intuitive to switch modes when you’re skiing, and provides a lot more data post skiing.
-- Ab257z, 2024-12-10

### ***** "Wow! Just wow!"
I hate that I’ve waited this long.
-- bunny shusi, 2024-12-06

### **--- "C2 sw is constantly draining my phone"
Carv2 software is constantly draining my phone in the background. Make it stop!
-- BeetleBug62, 2024-11-18

### ***** "CARV with the new CARV 2 sensors is a game changer."
I’ve been fortunate to be a Carv user since the very early days. The first version of the sensor, while wildly accurate, required boot work to be comfortable. The new Carv 2 sensors, however are every bit as accurate and require nothing more than being clipped to the power straps on your ski boots. My new sensors arrived yesterday and I put them to the test today. They absolutely make Carv worth the investment and make skiing with a coach in your ear kinda fun.
-- TheJoeMinock, 2024-11-14

### ***** "Best bang for the buck"
Awesome value and just the tool to improve
-- Snowbasin guy, 2024-04-20
