The app is very easy to navigate and helpful! I enjoy using the app no problems or issues with it.

App is terrible layout. Every other app I used. Drive time. Car gurus. Car. Com. Auto trader. Car max. Cleanly could input every bit of info in the search for a car. Showed dozens of more available options. It took me more time to find less results on this app than any other. Then I happened to live in a area that they don’t deliver to. 2 out of the other 5 apps do though. Just waste of my time

I ordered a car directly from my phone. The entire experience was a breeze. The staff at the pickup location were superb. The phone customer service was stellar and the experience of going to pick up your car and seeing it descend from the elevator is a once in a lifetime experience. This is the best hassle free car shopping service !! Thank you Carvana !!

After looking at inventory at multiple dealer shops, requesting if the vehicles were available either not hearing back or showing up then having to test drive deal with the financing departments and then once again waiting I went on Carvana and let me say the process was very smooth almost flawless. I was very skeptical to buying a vehicle online and all I can say is I couldn’t be happier. I was able to purchase a 2023 Tesla Model 3 Long range AWD which had 1 owner and very low miles. Give it a try and just do your research and you should be good.

They charge 1200$ delivery fees even if they don’t give you a loan! It’s a money making scam! Buyer beware! They have a 1.3 rating by the BBB

I will never use Carvana again after my experience with their bank, Bridgecrest. They withheld the title for more than 6 months from a family member, while denying access to the vehicle. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I would caution others to stay far away from this company.

I just sold my Jeep through Carvana. It was a super simple process. I feel like I got a good price. I did 90% of the deal though the app. The 10% was the part where they came and picked it up. I really enjoyed the quick process and the friendliness of the man who came and picked up my Jeep. Everything was simple and easy to understand. And, Carvana communicated with me through the entire process. I would definitely sell another vehicle through Carvana and I’m seriously considering my next vehicle purchase through them.
