The “inspection” that their cars must pass before they sell them is clearly a joke. The first car I purchased was dirty inside, had more cosmetic damage than was disclosed on the website, and needed a new transmission, which I could tell immediately from driving it to the end of the block. I figured that must have been a fluke and exchanged it. The second car looked and drove fine, but it had been accordioned in an accident that was never reported on the CarFax. Somehow this was never discovered in their “inspection,” but my mechanic told me that it wouldn’t pass state inspection. At this point I wasn’t going to deal with a company that lies about their cars anymore. The reason they get two stars is the ease of working with them. Buying, exchanging, and returning the cars was incredibly easy and all of the people I dealt with in person and on the phone were pleasant and professional. I got my refund quickly and have the whole experience, from first purchase to total refund, done in about two weeks. -- IcyBearhound, 2026-09-13 ### *---- "Legal scam" Big time scammers. They will buy your car for a ridiculous low price and resell it for almost 10 times what they paid for. Not just that, but also they are OVERPRICED, like who is paying 22,000$ for a 2014 BMW?💀 -- D.niel7, 2026-09-13 ### *---- "Scam Don’t Buy" Sadly after years of having a car with Carvana it has become a full circle scam. Please check the value of your purchase with blue book first. They are going to raise the price heavily, get you into a loan, and then offer you half that to sell back to them. Anytime I’m close to breaking even the value of my car suddenly tanks so that I owe them money. Yet the blue book on my car hasn’t changed in months. But every time I make a payment you can bet that their offer to buy it will drop so that you owe them money. Yes it may be convenient buts it’s an absolute scam meant to hold you in a loan for long term. Would 1000% not recommend. -- FishIsAGlitch, 2026-09-12 ### ***** "Bought my vehicle" I purchased my vehicle through Carvana. It was an amazing experience and friendly service. With a flexible payment plan. -- TheShanks912, 2026-09-12 ### ***** "Amazing Experience" My overall experience with carvana was AMAZING! Everything and everyone was professional and they are organized and I LOVE MY CAR 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! -- Cool 🆒 game, 2026-09-11 ### ***** "Easy car buying" This is my first experience buying a car online and it was so easy. I couldn’t believed that it took all but a hour from start to finish. -- M090384, 2026-09-11 ### *---- "Self Finance = HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE" I have never had such a horrible experience with a company period. They have canceled and reschedule our pick up date multiple times to completely inconvenient times. Their customer service can only do what their AI system allows. They can t help you AT ALL. THEY CLAIM IS MORE CONVENIENT TO PURCHASE A CAR THROUGH THEM, BUT YOU WILL SPEND HOURS ON THE PHONE TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT IS GOING ON. JUST GO TO A REPUTABLE LOCAL DEALERSHIP. AT LEAST THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU AND STANDBY THEIR PRODUCT. I regret this purchase so much. Horrific customer service. -- Hellvana, 2026-09-11 ### **--- "App works" The app works and the process is pretty smooth. Please be aware of the fact that the photos provided for the car may NOT have all damage imperfections disclosed!!! We bought a car and were really happy with it over all but it came and we immediately noticed a VERY obvious cluster of scratches about 6”x 6” right on the face of the rear lift. I’m not sure who takes photos or why such a large area first wasn’t disclosed and second was NOT in the original photos listed on the app. Funny enough they listed exceptionally minor scratches but this was missed?? We reached out and basically they consider it wear and tear even though it literally was AFTER they would have taken the photos and had possession. So just know that they aren’t the most honest and forthcoming. -- jba3036, 2026-09-11 ### *---- "Never ordering from them again" Worst experience between Carvana and Silver Rock financing. Bought a Toyota Ch-R in February 2026, it’s September 2026 and the car has already been 6 times for repairs during that period. With a 3200$ repair bill 5 weeks after I got the car. This is unheard of. But definitely never using Carvana again and absolutely letting everyone know about the experience. Go directly to a dealer, every firm out there offers better warranties than Carvana anyways. -- freealloveragain, 2026-09-09 ### *---- "They sell wrecked vehicles" The truck I bought had a ton of mechanical problems and it was obvious it wasn’t inspected whatsoever. If anything they hid damage. It was wrecked and parted together and a company put a lien on it from the last owners. It will cost you thousands to send it back and there won’t be anything in your price range “coincidentally “ if you tell them you want to exchange it. Support completely ignores all complaints. Carvana always wins and customers always lose. Carvana is 100% a scam. -- M3b3f, 2026-09-09 ### **--- "S-L-O-W" App is incredibly slow and laggy compared to website. -- Mel VonDittto, 2026-09-06 ### ****- "If you want to find a car this is perfect" Good -- NixDivin, 2026-09-05 ### ***** "WOW" FIRST TIME, SUPPER SMOOTH👍🏼🫡 -- FORESTER/FULER, 2026-09-05 ### ***** "Carvana is life saver" We has very hard time to purchase vehicles we looking for suv dealers suck not available even you buy new vehicles have to wait couple weeks stupid and a lot work they not trust you at all even your income good but Carvana good let buy almost every one easy step faster than eagle 🦅 after you purchase 7 day guys 7 day free return with no questions no blaming I got with zero down zero shipping how cool it’s guy new generation thank about before you going to dealers I buy from my bed again future generations thank you all for read my message if some I type mess I apologize love you all the best 🫡🫡❤️ -- Stupid credit one, 2026-09-04 ### ***** "Amazing" I am NEVER going to a dealership again! Carvana was as easy as ordering paper towels on Amazon. The people I spoke with who answered my questions were so knowledgeable, helpful explanation. And they were so fun to talk to! And off hours when I wasn’t able to speak with a person, I used the AI chat, and all of my questions were answered perfectly. everything happened, seamlessly and quickly. I didn’t have to deal with a salesman trying to emotionally manipulate me. I could focus on the car, financing, and what was important to me. I didn’t have to take time off of work like I do when I went to the dealerships. Also, Carvana offered friendly reminders and very clear explanations on how to process my insurance and registration. I can’t say enough good things about Carvana. Everyone that I have talked to who got a car on Carvana has loved their car. I can’t wait to get mine on Sunday. -- ML 135 Mary, 2026-09-04 ### ***** "Easy process" Smooth to deal with -- kadtn, 2026-09-03 ### ***** "Get it nooooow" It’s so good I like it when I shopped for cars and I like it when the prices drop -- Kicl ken, 2026-09-03 ### *---- "The app is good. The company sucks." Purchased my second car through Carvana. The first purchase was Rocky, but I was willing to give them the benefit of it out and try another purchase. This was a bad call. The Carvana app is solid, but the company Carvana sucks. The vehicle arrived with damage that was not disclosed in any of the pictures. I reported the damage to Carvana and they said they don’t handle damage and sent me over insurance/warranty company and they said that I could arrange repair at a Body Shop and they would pay for it. But I had to do this in a certain amount of time for them to cover it. I did all this and then the Body Shop called me and told me insurance/warranty company is not legit and they would not do any work for them. Now the clock has run out and I’m stuck with the damage. I will never buy another vehicle through Carvana and I hope a lot of people see this review. -- jclhunter, 2026-09-02 ### ***** "Transparency!" Straight Forward No Tricks! -- Glc300 Bklyn, 2026-09-02 ### ***** "Outstanding Customer Service" I ordered a car online and it’s completely my fault I ordered The wrong one. I needed an all-wheel-drive car they delivered my vehicle. I called right away and guess what they were able to swap it out with kindness and courtesy. I’m so thankful. -- Nina’s Happy!, 2026-09-01 [View all Carvana reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Carvana Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | United States | Shopping | #59 | ## Carvana Discovered Keywords - cars for sale - edmunds - new - car shopping - car buying - used car - used cars - vehicles - ebay motors - buy car ## Apps Similar to Carvana - [Cars.com - New & Used Cars](https://apptail.io/app/carscom-new-used-cars-Uv/united-states) - [Edmunds - Shop Cars For Sale](https://apptail.io/app/edmunds-shop-cars-for-sale-DO/united-states) - [CARFAX - New & Used Cars](https://apptail.io/app/carfax-new-used-cars-VMb/united-states) - [TrueCar Used Cars and New Cars](https://apptail.io/app/truecar-used-cars-and-new-cars-rrd/united-states) - [Autotrader - Shop & Buy Cars](https://apptail.io/app/autotrader-shop-buy-cars-kWd/united-states) - [CarGurus: Used & New Cars](https://apptail.io/app/cargurus-used-new-cars-MBe/united-states) - [Autolist - Used Cars for Sale](https://apptail.io/app/autolist-used-cars-for-sale-Qai/united-states) - [Auto Navigator New & Used Cars](https://apptail.io/app/auto-navigator-new-used-cars-ySq/united-states) - [AutoTempest - Car Search](https://apptail.io/app/autotempest-car-search-qnKm/united-states) - [Kelley Blue Book: We Know Cars](https://apptail.io/app/kelley-blue-book-we-know-cars-deCu/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
