## Carve AI Description
I was 130kg. I built this app while losing 50 of it. Version 2 is the one I wanted from the start: you talk to it, and it keeps track.

JUST TELL IT
Open the app and you're in today's chat. Tell it what you ate, what you trained, how far you walked. It logs it and puts a receipt in the thread. Tap the receipt to change a portion or a weight.
One conversation per day. Yesterday is still there when you want to look back.

FOOD
Take a photo, scan a barcode, or type "two eggs and toast". The calories and macros are worked out for you.
Meals you eat a lot come back with one tap.

TRAINING
Pick your split and start. Every exercise remembers what you did last time, so you know what to beat.
The muscle map shows 14 muscles, front and back. It fills in where you trained and stays empty where you didn't.
Went for a run or played a match? Log the time and how hard it was.

YOUR GOAL
Set your goal in the chat. You get a calorie and protein target that fits, and a pace you can keep.
The Health tab shows where you are and lets you adjust it.
Daily steps come from Apple Health.

FRIENDS
See which friends trained today. Compare yourself on the hiscores. Share your week or month as a short film.

WHY IT EXISTS
The tools I needed didn't exist, so I learned to code and built them myself. No team, no investors. Made in the Netherlands, and I use it every day.

Carve a better you.
