When i purchase something that’s advertised as removing the ads from the game i expect all ads to be removed that includes the ads from free cases and the ads for the lucky wheel, otherwise it should be advertised as only removing the mandatory 10 minute play time ads, there were nothing to indicate what you were buying other than all ads gets removed from the game, i suggest you add a description for every in app purchases, totally misled by a horrible design, Shame i can’t refund.

I have played for 4 years, i was top 800 in the World, i logged in one Day and my whole inventory was gone, i wrote to support but i never got an answer.. then i got a new phone and tried to login but it dosent work from the cloud saves.. 
now I need to start over as level 1 - it keeps crashing on my old phone so I can’t even get the backup from the cloud through the old phone.
