My company does not have an option to delete apps and has had to send me a new IPad everytime there is an update. Everyone who works at the hospital hates the app as well. Only live pictures can be uploaded, not PDFs which is directly in conflict with secure HIPAA practices. I literally print a document, take a picture for the app, and then throw it away. I don’t know how or why hospitals agree to use it. It’s awful. It’s been awful since my first time using it and they “enhance and update” it what seems like every month and it’s always just as bad. It’s insanely slow. There’s no way to connect to my camera roll so I need a physical copy of my bill every time.
