No customer service hotline provided, sent email without any response. Order was delayed without any information to customer, I have no idea when I can receive my case!!

I was excited for the custom case function only to be disappointed by it due to its requirements being too rigid and limited. I uploaded my picture of my own plushie and my home for printing, but it responded as copyright and refused to print asking me to change my design. Even such things as copyright is very ridiculous!! This took away the versatility of custom phone case.

Poor quality and highly disappointing purchase. Not sure how the frame of the case is attached to the back cause it fell part within a year. The satisfaction guarantee promise is also misleading cause it’s six months warranty only which is probably the worst in the industry. When I went to the shop at K11, the assistant said absolutely nothing they can or will do and said it was probably how we removed the phone from the case.

Is very bad

Loving the new designs and the variety but don’t know what to expect when it comes. I ordered two cases and it was so thick that I couldn’t press the volume buttons on my iPhone. Otherwise, I love your products but please don’t make them so thick that I can’t adjust the volume. I ended up going to the shop and buying two new ones (one for me and one for my daughter) as she couldn’t adjust volume either. Had to go to the shop so that I could see and gel the product instead of simply ordering online.

There is nil customization of folio case for 10.9 inch iPad Air. When will it be available?
