However…while the app has a prominent Apple Pay button, you can’t use Apple Pay. If you choose Apple Pay, it buffers for a few seconds before telling users that the transaction didn’t go through. I have to manually enter my credit card on every single order. -- Oblio88, 2026-09-09 ### *---- "App" Always logs me out every time I leave the app and won’t let me log back in when I’m actually trying to use it. -- Rlowwy, 2026-09-09 ### ***** "Love" I love this app it is easy and amazing -- Syngen’s review, 2026-09-08 ### *---- "Quit sugar" Apps been down for over a wk cuz it’s on”a sugar high” -- Janglehshsbakc, 2026-09-08 ### *---- "Can’t sing in" Haven’t been able to sign in for months. Same error “something went wrong”. Have tried password reset. Still get same error. Casey’s is trash. -- _dourque_, 2026-09-07 ### **--- "Taco pizza" Please add better customizations on taco pizza! It would be nice to get the toppings on the side & the ability to ask for taco sauce. -- kay_babyyy, 2026-09-04 ### *---- "Junk!!" Company and app are both a rip-off!! -- 2cowboy1, 2026-08-28 ### *---- "Doesn’t work for me" Have reset my password multiple times and still won’t let me login to my account it keeps saying phone number already exists well no kidding -- Chirp-10, 2026-08-28 ### *---- "Horrible customer service" The app when it does work is great integrates well with DoorDash for deliveries but feels like 90% of the time it just takes my money doesn’t submit the order and then I have to wait what feels like forever to get my money back how hard is it to program oh hey we drew a dollar amount but our side didn’t meet the deal made put instant stop on transaction? -- Oryin65, 2026-08-26 ### ***-- "Always needs an update" Why does this app always need an update whenever I go on it bruh -- tacoshellmel, 2026-08-22 ### *---- "Ads after purchase" When you order a pizza you are delivered 3 ads free of charge! -- Dade125, 2026-08-21 ### *---- "Bad" This app is so bad and poorly made I went out of my way to write a review on the hopes someone gets it straightened out. Literally every time I open it I have to log in and every time it is a 20 minute ordeal. I’m not even going to get into the predatory notifications that you get every time you drive by a Casey’s. What a joke I hope buccees and kwik trip dissolves Casey’s to the nothingness it deserves. -- feebz54, 2026-08-21 ### *---- "Impossible to use" I have had this app several years but now discover that I can’t sign into it. And if you try to call them you cannot get to a real person. Trying to sign in you just go around to n circles. -- Keith rider, 2026-08-20 ### ***-- "Okay app" Decent rewards, but the scratch and “win” feels like a sham. I’ve scratched everyday since it started and only got bonus points a handful of times. -- Jay.97, 2026-08-19 ### *---- "It’s broken" It used to work but now it’s broken. I go to order stuff and when I pick a specific time it changes it. So if I want to order ahead and pick up food at 315 pm I click that time but then it says on the screen 415. It’s always an hour later -- Matt32984, 2026-08-18 ### *---- "It won’t work" It won’t open so I can actually use it and it’s aggravating as f. Please fix it! -- Brittany Buecker, 2026-08-17 ### *---- "App is bad" The app is awful. Sure the rewards thing is ok but the true function of the app is absolutely terrible -- Sk8ngismylife, 2026-08-16 ### ***-- "Bad authentication" Good luck if you need to make an order and the app has decided to log you out. Waiting for the second factor email might or might not happen. You spend months building up rewards and then you can’t use the rewards when you need it. -- Snapback1985, 2026-08-11 ### *---- "it won’t let me sign in" i keep trying to sign in, and it won’t let me. i tried it on my computer and it let me sign in, but as soon as i do it on the app it won’t work. -- PineApple123 🍍, 2026-08-08 [View all Casey's reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Casey's Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | United States | Food Drink | #65 | ## Casey's Discovered Keywords - mpg log - petrol station - mpg calc - gas stations - fuel rewards app - kwik rewards - kwik - casey's - fuel pal - fuel and maintenance ## Apps Similar to Casey's - [QuikTrip: Coupons, Fuel, Food](https://apptail.io/app/quiktrip-coupons-fuel-food-OLh/united-states) - [Kwik Rewards](https://apptail.io/app/kwik-rewards-dGn/united-states) - [Huck's Bucks Bigg Rewards](https://apptail.io/app/hucks-bucks-bigg-rewards-EDs/united-states) - [Steak 'n Shake Rewards Club](https://apptail.io/app/steak-n-shake-rewards-club-bGT/united-states) - [Scooter's Coffee](https://apptail.io/app/scooters-coffee-RBU/united-states) - [Hardee's Mobile Ordering](https://apptail.io/app/hardees-mobile-ordering-GqY/united-states) - [Taco John's](https://apptail.io/app/taco-johns-srY/united-states) - [Pancheros](https://apptail.io/app/pancheros-Lpbb/united-states) - [Slim Chickens](https://apptail.io/app/slim-chickens-JrYb/united-states) - [Culver's](https://apptail.io/app/culvers-tAqo/united-states) ## Casey's Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/caseys-Uls/united-states) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/caseys-Uls/mexico) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/caseys-Uls/canada) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/caseys-Uls/india) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
