App too many problems, a lot login no updates and a lot error
App ain’t working
App normally is fine but now it just says login failed or says can’t login into bank and that the details are wrong despite them being right nothing but issues and bugs

Newest update has had nothing but bugs I can’t even log in via the app can only log in via the webpage! So frustrating never had problems till now.

My credit limit $1400 payed down to $1386 then made my $50 payment on time as scheduled and now I owe $1409 make a payment and you owe more than you did before you made your payment. DONT BOTHER PAYING YOUR PAYMENTS THIS IS CRIMINAL

2nd review. App can’t connect too my bank after entering details- finally got a response from cash converters through email and they say there’s issues with ANZ banks and have no idea when issue would be resolved… app is as useless as the help centre. Don’t use unless you want to be disappointed
FIX THE BANK ISSUE WITH ANZ
Same as the other two most recent issues with uploading bank details
App not working
Never had an issue requesting Pay Advance before but in the last few days your app is not linking to bank accounts (ANZ). After submitting bank it just hangs and hangs and hangs.
