Paid off a 4K loan with lots of interest. Never missed not one payment and got declined for the same amount. Will leave my business with the banks from now on.

Agree with other posters you are approved for a few pay advances and then they lose connection to your bank and suddenly you’re not eligible anymore. Doesn’t take into consideration your repayment history so don’t bother paying them off early, there is no reward for it.

I used the Pay Advance feature many times in the past, however it seems to auto-decline these days. My income and expenses are better than they were when I previously used it yet it auto-declines with no reason given. Many such cases.

When asked to verify my phone number, as soon as any digit is pressed the verify button disappears . Lol

This app feels like abandonware. Log in with Google fails consistently, so I can't log in. Please update!

Great company to deal with. The staff are understanding and pleasant to deal with. Flexible in times of trouble I could more happy with the service they provide 👍

I have to uninstall and reinstall the app each time just to sign in and now it doesn’t work with linking to my bank account.

Please don’t use cash converters You’ll end up paying double your loan just in interest they hide that in the contract just save yourselves the trouble and go through anyone else it’s financially stuffed me

App doesn’t work, keeps crashing when it goes to open. Have tried deleting & re installing the app but still does the same thing.

The google login needs fixing.
