## Cassanos Pizza Reviews in United States

### *---- "Absolutely not"
No deals, at all, I had to restart the order and re add everything bc I had to change the store location bc it let me place an order with a store that doesn’t deliver to me, even though it knew I was getting delivery, couldn’t have said something sooner? Ok. No tracking option?? Uhhh… ok. Only resorted to the app bc the women who answers the 800# for the orders is absolutely awful, and rude.

### *---- "App Does Not Work"
For the last 6 months or so when I try to order from the app it tells me they don’t deliver to my address. When I call the 888 number , they have no problem delivering to our location.
-- JLov74, 2025-07-07

### ****- "Great stuff"
They have improved the bake time and amount of toppings as long as read or listen to order with extra cheese and extra sauce along with a well baked. They are a top 5 in town.
-- Jcjl32, 2025-04-15

### *---- "No Access. Horrible."
Doesn’t even allow me to select my location to even enter the app. There is most definitely a Cassano’s in my town, it is a hot spot. But the app doesn’t even give the option for this location and says it doesn’t exist when I can find the restaurant on the map provided.

### ***** "It’s a pizza app, I ordered pizza!"
Overall it was nice to be able to order pizza on the app versus the website. I was able to order our family’s large standard Roder just fine. Pickup was great and our order was right!

### ***** "This App is KING!"
Thanks Cassano’s for putting the squareage right in my hand… YOU RULE!!! Long Live The One AND ONLY… PIZZA KING!!!
-- DrMonster7, 2024-10-06

### **--- "Coupons"
Won’t let you use promotional coupons keeps telling me I must use app . What the heck I’m using their freakin app.
-- leglady1999, 2024-08-28

### *---- "Absolutely awful!"
Tried to order and coupon code didn’t work. Called back and Anna was wonderful even though I wasn’t.
Still couldn’t order. Called back and guy said it wasn’t working. Have loved Cassano since 1970 and know that Skip and Vic are BOTH over the app
-- Vacation planner, 2024-07-05

### *---- "App isn’t good for anything."
App isn’t good for anything. If it were I’d order here more often.
