Lately it hasn’t been updating or syncing with my health insurance, not sure if it’s on their side or my insurance but it hasn’t synced since February and it’s quite frustrating that what was previously the best feature now doesn’t work.
Love this app, easy to navigate my insurance benefits, love the break per person expenses. This app is amazing
This app is truly amazing. Love it so much, helps me to keep record of so many things without having to write them all down. It’s helped me keep on track drinking my water, and eating my fruit.

I haven't used this app a lot lately and...the update is GARBAGE. I can't find things I used to find like logging in my steps and sleep and when I try to find where they are, they're not there. What happened to this app?
No facial recognition sign in, and parts of the Home Screen don’t load. Logging your health stats daily is an exercise in tedium, as you often can’t get the right screens to load. When the people buying the app are not the same as the people making the app, quality control is rock bottom. Castlight is supposed to help us live healthier and happier lives, but the user experience is so bad that it’s has become a daily dose of annoyance.
I have and will continue to contact them (which is difficult to even find in app and accomplish) I have resent the same email 3 times now. Numbering my emails and that no one has contacted me or addressed the problem. I have completed the “reviews” of the person who “helped” me with my problem and included all of my complaints about n that review. It still has not been addressed, and Castlight has refused to respond. There is no way to elevate a complaint either.
It’s very sophisticated. Very confusing for average person like me. It used to be a lot easier. I can’t even log in or check my stuff. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
The app has not synced with my Apple health account since January 22, 2024 I tried logging manually and it won’t save. I uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, added my Apple health back to my account and approved all permissions. It didn’t add Apple health back as a tracker for some reason, still won’t sync and won’t allow manual logging.
