Catador es una aplicacion que imita el formulario de la "Coffee Association of America" (SCAA).
Es una formulario digital que permite llevar control de las 6 muestras normales. Se calcularan automaticamente las adiciones, asi como los descuentos por faltas. Los datos son almacenados y pueden ser enviados por correo. Incluye aroma, sabor, acidez, cuerpo, uniformidad, balance, taza limpia, dulzura.
Su interfaz facil de usar permite simplemente deslizar con un dedo y se manejaran los incrementos de 0.25 puntos desde 6 a 10 puntos. Para dulzura y uniformidad, basta con presionar cuantas tazas y todo el resto se calcula automaticamente.
