Udemærket sted til både køb og salg Men kundeservice er elendig - det er umuligt ar få fat i dem og sager tager oftes måneder at få afklaret Derudover då lover de indimellem diverse Voucher’s som aldrig kommer Hvis man s rykker for det eller spørger ind til det svare de IKKE Har blandt andet haft en sag fra maj 2022 - hvor de ikke har svaret på 4-5 henvendelser Har pt en sag fra slut april start maj hvor de heller ikke svare !!!
Det er ok, men service er kommunalt, meget langsomt fra deres side ,hvor imod de kræver hurtig betaling,og deres kontakt med sælger er dårlig,set fra købers side. I vil høre mere når jeg modtage mit købt,eller mine penge tilbage. Mvh. Johnny Kjær. Køb af guitar

Dosent notify when auctions are about to end. But it does send a lot of advertising notifications that you cannot uninstall. 0/10 Too complicated to contact. I just deleted the app.

Worst experience. Some of the items are simple not authentic. Their experts should check better the authenticity of the items. No option to return an items if is from a private seller. Stay away from fraud apps!
The app doesnt allow - To see all the lots fpr a user. The website does, but now I’m forced into the app. - Do not allow sending messages to a seller once the bid is won to consolidate shipments - fails to remember where in the lot you are located, when you go back and forth, works in the starr, bur fails when you scroll further down. - Does not allow copying of text.
I’m giving the app an extra low score due to its inability to remember your login for more than a few days and despite being in contact with support two times and with each time taking two weeks for a response. It’s not really mobile if you need to re-login whenever you need to respond a closing auction. Their support still doesn’t seem to acknowledge that there is a problem. And responds with non-specific suggestions that doesn’t really apply to an iPhone... like where do you delete cookies for an app? They are sandboxed. I’ve also reinstalled the app which didn’t help either
