Visiting family and didn’t want them to drive to and from the busy airport area. Found CAT and the airport shuttle Found this app and loaded it last night. Easy to use. Would be nice to have some idea of where the bus drops off and picks up at the airport, but probably will make sense once I make the trip. Will use next time I am here if not renting a car.
It would help if the schedule for the day would be posted on the app for the day
Everything with this app is great Until you can’t login due to “Too Many Devices” Even though the account is under your phone number but possibly the app has registered Your device as new device with each login. Causing you to lose your cats passes that were paid for in advance. App needs a feature where you can removed unwanted devices. Or keep wanted devices.
Drivers will be skeptical if you’ve paid, my app doesn’t show the validation code to scan and it causes me trouble with the drivers because they think i haven’t paid, when my wallet shows i have an active pass.
Can’t even receive the verification email. Either it doesn’t send or sends it thousands of years later.
The CATS App is relatively simple and easy to navigate and is user friendly. I am currently completely satisfied with this convenient way to purchase and use C A T S service.
An app can only be as good as the service it provides…CATS has a long way to go before they’re even decent.
