Description

Caveman Feast for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch contains 250 delicious Paleo recipes that are beautifully illustrated and easy to follow.
There's nothing really revolutionary about the Paleo diet. It's what our grandma's have been telling us for years: "Eat real foods that are healthy, avoid highly processed factory foods and you'll feel better and live happier".
Whether you call it Paleo, real food, low carb, low sugar, grain-free, gluten-free ancestral, nutrient-dense, primal or whole food - the important thing is that the Paleo diet is a healthier way of eating. The list of benefits people have reported is enormous:
● Weight loss ● More energy that doesn't vary wildly throughout the day ● Improved sleep ● Clearer skin ● Better digestion ● Improved fitness ● Reduced allergies. The list goes on but it's better to try it for yourself.
The 250 Paleo recipes included will help satisfy your cravings for delicious, healthy food. Inside Caveman Feast you'll find healthy breakfasts, filling main meals, tasty desserts, side dishes and snacks.

The quick and easy to follow recipes are by New York Times bestselling author George Bryant of civilizedcavemancooking.com. After decades in a constant battle with his weight and nearly losing both his legs while on deployment as a U.S. Marine, George decided to change his life. He went Paleo. What started as a simple website to share recipes with friends, has since grown into an award-winning food blog. After being in the Marines for 12 years, George now enjoys creating delicious Paleo recipes full-time, hoping to change as many lives as he can with real food recipes.
George works in collaboration with Abel James from the chart topping podcast "The Fat-Burning Man show" where he covers the Paleo lifestyle. Abel has been featured in Men's Health, Popular Science and Wired Magazine. You'll find exclusive content from Abel inside the app.

I love this app. All the recipes I've tried have worked exactly as portrayed. I love the way you can alter the number of serves, and also the measurement type ie imperial or metric etc. also great that it talks to my health app re the vitamins etc. I'm looking forward to trying the top up recipes now. Great work!

Nicely set out and user friendly. However the star of a cooking app of course needs to be the recipes. These recipes are ok, but I can find very similar for free on the Internet, not really anything new here. Needs to be more vegetarian recipes, I know it's a paleo app, but there is no need to eat meat every night of the week. The grilled garlic vegetables is an odd recipe because the vegetable aren't actually grilled they are steamed after being wrapped in aluminum foil. Grilled vegetables sounds like they would be oiled and chargrilled on the actual grill. A few too many sweet recipes for paleo which of course are just occasional treats. Then there are the photos of the additional recipes that you need to pay an extra $5 to view. Obviously you need to charge for recipes to earn a living, but placing them within this app as click bait is a little frustrating. Maybe put those recipes in a different app that people can purchase, or combine them all into one app and charge more initially.

The only app for cooking I use!

Yes, I have tried other cooking apps but this one I continually use over & over again. Highly recommend, particularly those follow paleo diet or gluten free diet. After 2 years, I am still trying new recipes & going back to the ones I liked & added to favorites. Favorites & shopping list is awesome but there is no syncing between devices (iPhone & iPad) which is a dislike. Search is great. Shopping list is OK but could be better if there was a faster way to delete items which you know you already have in the cupboard.

Great app, but would like to see nutrition

Awesome tasty recipes - we've tried several now! Would love to see the addition of macronutrient breakdowns to assist with tracking. Otherwise, fabulous. Thank you!

Great App

Great looking recipes, laid out for easy userbility. Only downside is when I have the app open on the bench while cooking the screen locks after minimal use so having to unlock all the time when your hands are full or dirty is a pain!
