I have different bank accounts with mobile apps and online banking. However, this has been the absolute worst one I have had to use. If it wasn’t for a good rate for a loan I would not have selected this bank at all to begin with. The app/online banking feature is not user friendly and everything is confusing from paying loans to transferring money, or depositing checks. This app could use some major work to make it user friendly.
