## CB2 Reviews in United States

### *---- "Never functions properly"
Unfortunately, something happened to the CB2 app around the end of Summer 2024 after some redesign - saved items are never correctly saved in my wish lists, items disappear from the wish lists and are being replaced by random items I’ve never selected. The card loads forever. It was a good app only a few months ago, with just a few minor ordeals. Now it’s very disappointing. (I have a professional account with CB2 and shop almost monthly.)

### ***-- "Favorites/Add to cart"
This app is frustrating because half the time I can’t get either of the above to work. I’m trying to buy stuff right now but it won’t let me add to the cart. So I have to remember the item names and order them in the browser. Side note: Can you guys make it so we can delete past lists? I have several blank “saved for later lists” I can’t get rid of. I love the store and brand but the app isn’t working well for me. For reference this is an iPhone 13 IOS 17.5.1.

### ***-- "Tiny on iPad"
This app is not good for IPad- it is tiny.
-- Craylapoo72, 2024-06-27

### **--- "Disappointed"
Can’t save favorites.

### **--- "Apple Music not available"
App does not allow for for music or other audible apps to be played while openn

### ***** "Love the CB2 app"
It’s about time my favorite furniture brand came out with an app. I love the augmented reality feature that lets you see an item in your space, made choosing my new sofa easy!

### ***** "Well done!"
Great experience. For once an app that adds value to just experiencing the website.
