First time to write comment cause of my disappointment with the experience I encountered while attempting to open a credit card with your bank. Unlike other banks that offer a smooth process and competitive benefits, I was met with persistent technical issues that greatly hindered the application process, raising concerns about the bank’s reliability.

Furthermore, I was dismayed to witness unprofessional behavior among the bank’s agents, who appeared more focused on competing for sales than providing quality service. My referral code was changed multiple times under the pretext of resolving issues, yet this led to further complications, ultimately resulting in my application being blocked.

This entire experience has left me with a strong sense of dissatisfaction, and I no longer have confidence in your bank’s services. Based on this unprofessional service, I will not consider this bank for any future banking needs

I have had an extremely disappointing experience with the CBD credit card. The process of closing the card has been unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. When attempting to contact customer care, I faced issues where I lost money on the call, and the representative was not helpful in resolving my request to close the card.

Worst bank ever, not recommended, they blocked the card and it has charges now due to overdue amounts and they don’t answer at alllllll and I couldn’t fix the issue when I visited the bank as it has to go through customer service over the phone. Mobile app is the worst and they claim it has everything. It is just a waste of time trying to fix my problem since July 2nd 2024, I called several times and every time they keep me for about 30 minutes on the line and no one picks up. I really regret dealing with that bank.

Really frustrating with their customer services. It will took around 30-40 minutes to connect a call with an agent. 
Solved my issue by directly visit Qusais branch, but again excess charges comes in statement. 
There is no call back even after multiple mail communication.
I'm writing this review at the same time another phone is trying to connect customer service from last 20 minutes... to be honest, the worst experience.
