## CBE Connect Reviews in United States

### *---- "Not working"
App is not even opening
-- Ddeth1234, 2026-06-05

### *---- "Do not use this app. It is a scam."
Do not use this app. It is a scam.

After several attempts, I was finally able to transfer funds to my wallet and then initiate a transfer to my CBE bank account. The app showed that the transaction was completed successfully, and a receipt was even generated. However, the funds never reached the destination account.

I waited more than a week, but nothing happened. There is no customer support, no one answers the phone, and there appears to be no process for resolving issues like this.

It is disappointing to see so much hype and investment behind an app that fails to provide the most basic level of reliability. A financial or money transfer app should inspire confidence and trust, but this one does the exact opposite. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid using it.

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
I tried to add and transfer money , is allowing to do
-- Kalumhed, 2026-06-03

### *---- "Why can’t I add USD funds into the account?"
I can’t add USD funds to the account even after verifying with my bank that the transaction is authentic. Was sent a link to click on and confirm but even after the funds could not be added. And only visa is allowed. Discover, Amex and others are not allowed. I used a Visa card and it still did not go through. Also trying to upgrade your account verification system to upload US passport doesn’t work

### ***** "Excellent concept"
This is an excellent beginning! Keep making your mark in the market. I'm thrilled with the app at the moment!
-- 123@yoyo, 2026-05-29

### **--- "Middle Name"
Why middle nam is required? Not every body has middle name!
-- mikle2013, 2026-05-29

### *---- "Can’t even sign up :("
Verification code takes 10 minutes to come yet you only have 60 seconds to put the code (FYI: I have the perfect connection).

Now I’m stuck in a loop as it keeps saying I have an account and should verify before using.

### *---- "Not opening!!"
I just downloaded this hoping it would work, but it’s not even opening. It keeps saying “No internet connection,” even though I have one of the fastest internet connections.
-- Gashu2023, 2026-05-29

### ***** "Amazing!"
This app is clean and simple. I recommend using this app. Definitely a five star.
-- Aberham 21, 2026-05-23

### ***** "I love the app"
The last update solved all customer side issues, currently working smoothly
