Every time i deal with CBHS related to my claims its just really bad. Whatever is written on their website isn’t accurate when its time to get a claim. Sent a claim and it says on the website that I have been paid when they sent the claim amount to the hospital.. Why would they send it to the hospital when I had to pay the hospital directly with a proof of invoice?! So stupid and did not even bother to update me via email.
