My “family” account is pegged to our newborn, so we cant order food, and there is no option to switch which patient the account is pegged to. That is one of several issues. Scrap the app entirely, just list what food is available on a simple website and have people email the kitchen.

The last 3 times my family members have been in the hospital (over a year and a half period of time) the app just says cannot connect when you go to log in. It’s trash and it’s horrible for the ppl who are trying to get something to eat while they’re sick.

As a usability expert I’d say this app is a nonstarter for most users who simply want to order their meal quickly.  The lack of expedited signup makes this app more hassle than helpful. 

Plus get rid of the Hang-Man logo. Jesus it’s a hospital app and the logo brings back memories of playing hangman.

I am a patient using the app to order meals for myself.  Some days the app will only let me order 5 lines of food.  I can order multiple servings but the total number of likes is 5. So if I order entree, veggie, veggie, drink, and dessert, I cannot add condiments to the list like salt, pepper, salad dressing, etc.  It drops them.  Some days it works fine.

This app could be an incredibly helpful tool for patients in the hospital to use to order meals. It is so faulty and doesn’t work. Ever. Sometimes ordering over the phone can be exhausting and daunting after a long day of procedures and illness. Please fix this.

and isn’t accurate in information on patient’s wristband. There is no MRN number and the only number listed as account number “with the 0000’s to omit, while adding 655- at the beginning” is bunk! How do you people operate with such pathetic QC and Zero accountability to fix something so simple!

This is quite literally the WORST app I have ever encountered. I tried using this in 2021. I could not even create a login because “THE INFORMATION YOU ENTERED DOES NOT MATCH A CURRENT ADMISSION.” Here we are 2 years later and the same issue. The creators should be ashamed of how terrible this app is.

This is absolutely a worthless ill considered app. I’m not going to give you my email just to use it. I’m in patient for a couple days and you don’t need that info. I don’t need another account and password. I don’t trust you to not sell my info especially when you’re in bankruptcy. 

The scan medical record number doesn’t return the correct number.
