The CBP One™ app serves as a single portal to a variety of CBP services allowing users to be quickly and conveniently directed to the features they need by answering a series of guided questions.
CBP One ™ currently has two features available, with more features being rolled out over the next year.
· The Inspection Appointment request feature allows brokers/carriers/forwarders to use their mobile device to request an inspection for perishable cargo entering the U.S. They will also be able to receive real-time status updates regarding their appointment requests, or chat with a CBP Agriculture Specialist if additional information is needed from them.
· The I-94 feature allows travelers to apply and pay for their I-94 up to seven days prior to their arrival in the U.S. at a Port of Entry (POE). CBP One™ also provides access to a digital copy of their I-94 and up to 5 years of travel history. The I-94 feature is a mobile version of the I-94 application process and information that can also be found on the I-94 website at https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home.
· The "Check Your Trusted Traveler Programs Status" feature allows travelers to check the status of an existing Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) application and membership using CBP One™. Also, TTP applicants that have scheduled a remote interview can attend their interview using CBP One™.
Features rolled out over the next year will benefit Small Vessel Operators, Bus Operators, Aircraft Operators, Seaplane Pilots, commercial truck drivers and Commercial Vessel Operators.
CBP One™ I-94 is available nationwide. However, the ability to make appointments for perishable cargo is available at participating Ports of Entry (POE) only, please contact your POE for more information.
The application does not work, I have been submitting a questionnaire with data for more than a month so that the officers set a date for me to pass the border. i'll be on the street soon and cbp one doesn't answer people's problems. If you read my review, please help me.
No entry port
The last update has a new bug. It doesn’t show the port of entry for scheduled appointments.
Error
After the April 6 update, it is not possible to go to the selection of ports. an error pops up saying that I am far from the USA and Mexico border or not in the central part of Mexico. But I am very close to the border. Please help me solve this problem.
Does not work well after March 18
There are a lot of glitches in the application, it does not take a selfie photo, it is unrealistic to sign up for a pass, after clicking on the date, the application freezes, after updating on March 18 it became worse

The application works with errors, a photo with a calendar with a token of 200 can stir up anyone. You can’t sign up with your family, but at the border if you don’t miss different dates, these are family values

Unable to enroll! We've been trying for 4 days now and the app gives a lot of different errors! Today, even before the choice of dates did not work out. the app says that we are far from the border, although we are 2 km from it! In the past days, at the stage of choosing a date, it was not possible to sign up due to errors when scanning the face.

Freezing and loading
Can’t get an appointment because the app don’t work at the moment when they open the slots. Appears mistakes, freezing but impossible to get appointment date. Pleeeease fix it🥲
So bad
The app is absolutely terrible. We're sitting in Matamoros and we can't sign up because of a ton of mistakes. And on the internet, people write that they've been able to sign up from Cancun and Mexico City. And we're sitting near the border and can't get through because your app essentially doesn't work.
