## CBT OUcare Reviews in United States

### *---- "Doesn’t work with newer devices"
I have an iPhone 10XS Max, and last years iPad Pro. Thermometer will not connect to Bluetooth. I don’t think there’s any way to update it unless it would do it through the phone, which if it won’t connect in the first place, it’s a catch 22 situation. Too bad, you can still make a log of the readings using an old technology. Blue finger, yellow pencil & and a piece of paper.
-- GranpaO, 2019-02-16

### *---- "iPhone SE 11.7 WONT CONNECT"
Laaame. I tried everything for over an hour before coming here to see these reviews only to realize I am in the same boat with all of these other frustrated users. The thermometer will not connect via Bluetooth. I can get it to take my temp and that’s it. The recall works. But this app is the worst I’ve ever seen.. absolutely unusable. #letdown #20buckswasted
-- Zymo69, 2019-02-12

### *---- "Bluetooth doesn’t work"
I have tried everything. I have an apple iPhone 7. Thermometer works fine but I could have gotten one a lot cheaper. Will be returning it tomorrow.
-- Re-quest54356, 2018-02-09

### *---- "Couldn’t be worse"
Thermometer doesn’t connect.

Tried to enter temperature manually and it rounds to the whole number!

So not only is the app frustrating it doesn’t actually save information I type in, which seems absurd to even be saying that about an app.
-- Dandelynx, 2017-10-24

### ***** "Nice App!!!"
I just dl and install. Everything is so easy and only spend 5 mins. Everything works the way it should be. Nice App!!!
-- Best Case, 2017-04-10

### *---- "I got it to connect once"
I mean, it still didn't sync anything, but it connected.

The app is a bust. May as well go with a cheaper thermometer without the Bluetooth because this app is pretty much worthless.

At least the thermometer itself appears to give accurate readings.
-- mmogrrrl, 2017-04-08

### ***** "Love it"
Very useful. Looks odd but once you get used to the interface its very helpful.
-- Susvart, 2017-04-06

### ***** "Working great!"
Really happy with how easy it is to use.
-- Talk Salad Fan, 2017-04-03

### ***** "Very Nice App"
It's easy to setup and get start. The app helps my day to day health tracking. There are also many nice features in there, love it.
-- Yenpo, 2017-03-28

### ***** "App works, not sure about the thermometer"
Not sure why it's not working for others. Once I figured it out it was very easy to use and works well.
I will say, the app works well, but I'm not sure the thermometer reads correctly, as it is almost a full degree lower than others.
