Dumb Move
Apparently selling just coffee isn’t profitable enough so now also targeting to sell data via collection from the app. My coffee isn’t even available on the app, even the staff looks distraught.
Why install app?
I just needed coffee but apparently it was not possible to order a coffee without installing the app. There is no option to select and order anything on the app. You just need to remember the items that you want and then they will scan the QR code on your app and you gotta pay via cc or upi or anything. Apparently the app serves no purpose apart from reward points.

Great initiative, great app
Got 5% cashback, great app, has some minor bugs but generally restarting the app fixes it.
Very primary level app
No pricing of any food item, no information about availability of food from the menu, demands unnecessary permission, cannot be used to order food online, just made to see what food items are available on whole menu in general, not what actually is available in the shop.

Useless app that you need to install for ordering?
The Vadodara outlet made us install this app before they handed over the menu card.

Worst app seen ever
App looks buggy
CCD coffee is amazing but app is not working as intended. My sale target have cross Black tier mark but app still shows my status as Red tier. Developer should look into it asap.
