Then, out of the blue, it stopped accepting the card I had on file to add funds. Regardless of which card I use (credit card, debit card, Visa or Mastercard), my attempt to add funds in unsuccessful and I receive an error message that the card I’m using is not valid/accepted (something along those lines). Again, even the card I used to add funds from the very beginning of me using the app is now no longer compatible with my COTA Connector app. As a result, I’ve switched to the Transit app completely, but I liked having both as an option like I did in the past. It came in very handy when my fiancé’s phone died and I was able to pay my bus fare with the Transit app and his bus fare with the COTA Connector App. Wouldn’t be able to do that anymore… -- MrsMJHornet7362, 2023-10-20 ### *---- "Not easy to use at all" This app shows close to nothing, hard to understand. I added money to my account and am still struggling to get my funds back. I’m so confused by this app. I tried to use it once and it said insufficient funds. I thought this app gave free bus rides for downtown workers? So why would I need to add funds?
