## CC’s Coffee House Reviews in United States

### ***** "True love!!"
I love it I come an get a coffee 3 to 4 times a day it’s that good. I would tell tell anyone to come here.
-- Mrs.Burkett0912, 2026-03-17

### ***** "Customer."
We our people at people at CCs. Friendly and do their absolute best to have our orders on time.
-- Pineville Animal Control, 2026-03-08

### **--- "Not fluid"
This app could really use some attention on the fluidity when placing an order
-- Chrisboggs, 2026-01-08

### ***-- "Suggestions"
The app is ok. Not glitchy, no major issues ever had.

However I really wish you had an option to add in purchases made. Put in the receipt # to still get points.

Every time I whip out my phone to scan simply for the sake of points, the employees don’t say anything negative. I can just tell they’re not thrilled to have to do it. They’ve always got a card reader in hand at the window, have to pick up the scanner in order to scan the phone.

If processes could be simplified, or a way to obtain a physical card to hand them. Idk. I hate the feeling that it’s an inconvenience to scan it all.

They give receipt’s, so why not allow the customer to add it in later like most chain places do. Then they won’t have to be inconvenienced with picking up the scanner and I won’t feel like I’m the only person around who decided to use the app for points. It’s the vibe given anyways.

1/2 the time I don’t collect on points because of it.
-- Spazattack009225, 2025-12-05

### ***** "CC’s never disappoints!"
I visit CC’s 3-4 times a week. The staff are always super friendly, my beverage is always hot and great tasting! They never disappoint at the location on North Acadia in Thibodaux! I highly recommend a macchiato with french vanilla flavor!!
-- TearsaLynn, 2025-10-30

### ***** "Great Update"
The new app update is great and simple to use. I use it every time I go and scan for points when I don’t order ahead.
-- bizobert, 2025-10-27

### ***** "I love CC’s"
Expresso 22 my fave
-- chadagreat, 2025-10-24

### *---- "Crashing app"
This app has always given me issues. It glitches and then x’s out & no matter how many times I reinstall, it still acts wonky. I can’t even use my rewards without a hassle due to this app
-- Crashing glitching app, 2025-10-13

### ***** "Tipping"
The only thing I would do is add tipping ability to the app!
-- DamieKutie, 2025-10-01

### ***** "Cc’s on range"
