The App gives you the ability to: - View Account Balances and Transactions - Transfer money between Credit Union Accounts - Transfer money to External Bank Accounts - Pay Bills Getting started with our App is easy. - Firstly, you will need a valid, and verified, mobile phone number. If your number is not verified, you can do that by logging into your Online Banking Account at www.ccuni.org. - Once you have completed the above step, simply login with your Member Number, Date of Birth, and Pin. You will be asked to review, and accept, our Terms and Conditions. These can also be viewed at www.ccuni.org. It’s not very user friendly and feels very clunky. It would also be great to have Face ID as well. Logging in with a pin is very outdated. The app needs to rebuilt with the more modern features it’s competitors have. This is the only thing that stops me using CU as my main bank. -- Jburns30, 2023-02-11 ### ***-- "Good app but could do with some improvements" Please introduce Touch ID, get rid of the three mandatory address fields, 2 maximum will be enough, even 1 will do. There’s also no way of paying into your account or paying off your loan via the app, I always have to log in to the website.
