Description

The CDG Zig Driver App allows ComfortDelGro cabbies and private-hire car drivers to bid for Current Jobs via iPhone.

Main Functions

Jobs:
- Allows cabbies to toggle between being “Ready” to accept booking jobs or being “Busy”.

History:
- Displays a daily and weekly summary of completed jobs bid through the CDG Zig Driver App and/or MDT.
- Allows cabbies and private-hire car drivers to view and track their completed trips in greater detail.

Profile:
- Allows cabbies to update their particulars including their email address, mobile number & App password.

Feedback:
- Allows cabbies to send feedback or enquiries to our Driver Relations Officers (DROs).

System Requirements:
- The CDG Zig Driver App runs on OS versions 14 and above. Features within this app may vary according to different OS versions and phone models.

Note: Continued use of GPS in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Issues

So many issues with the app. First auto logoff and then cannot login . Login states with error . System error! Please Try again! Secondly system not reliable not able to calculate accurately weekly trips and which trip had been auto accept. This made cdg undercutting weekly partner incentive reward. Thirdly driver partners not able to see which jobs are auto accept in the driving history section.

07/10/2022 system failure

It’s quite disturbing when first world using third world format for this application. Yet recently the call levy had increased from 4% to 5%… Enough of improving the facial, please do some improvement on the hardware!!

Don’t size too small

Would appreciate if the font size can be a little larger and darker. Very difficult to read while driving, it may post a danger to the drivers.

Most horrified experience at CDG

What’s the priorities for CDG ? Driver health or slavery driving throughout with zero assistance … hope CEO is awake during this time … I am currently hospitalised and still paying rent with no one to turn to … 😡😡😡

Display will randomly dim itself

Hi, This app will randomly dim the screen in the ‘Jobs’ screen, and it’s quite distracting/dangerous to constantly tap the screen while driving. Are your technical guys able to try to fix this issue? Tyia

Login issues

I have to always request a new password whenever I log in to the app. There seems to be an issue because it does not recognise the password I set to. Please look into this.

This Drivers Apps suppose to receive Current jobs instead of the MDT when log on... but I keep receiving current jobs through my MDT... what happened?????
