Constantly unable to find rides, and consumes my promo codes for 10 minutes each time. Then while you’re trying to edit the promo in during the ride, you’re bombarded with constant errors such as “only cashless payment methods allow editing”. If you don’t want to offer the promo just don’t, instead of making them impossible to use. 2/5 only because the drivers are usually better than rideshare.

The Product Owner needs to review the UX for the map zooming feature. The zoom-in function to pin point a pickup is quite unusable. It is critical to fix it because the existing GPS lon-lat is already very inaccurate.

WORST APP! Not only do they show there are cabs but most time no cab available DESPITE having taxi all over the app because they rather boost other platforms. Then for what have this app???? 
The payment segment is THE WORST! Ask you to register your bloody card then 80% of the time does not work and you will end up paying with your own card or phone. Then for what give us that option???? Especially when you have kids do you understand how troublesome it is or not? I have called in to them many times about this and all they can tell you is “we will raise this feedback” AND THEN WHAT????? DO YOU KNOW HOW INFURIATING IT IS WHEN YOU CANNOT PAY WITH THE PLATFORM WITH MANY THINGS YOU ARE CARRYING AT ONCE PLUS KIDS??????? I HATE THIS APP.
