## CDJapan App Reviews in United States

### *---- "Had to uninstall latest update"
With the latest update the app intercepts links from CDJapan’s emails and they open in the app instead.

This completely kills how I shop, which is by leaving multiple tabs up, sometimes for a few days. So if the app is installed I can’t remember what I wanted to buy ever.
-- JCZorkmid, 2024-12-06

### **--- "What’s wrong?"
I have no problem with the desktop website but the app is not worth the time to download and set up an account. It doesn’t save the login credentials and later not even accepts the password.

Delete after a couple of days. I’ll stick to the website instead.
-- Papillion_13, 2024-01-06

### *---- "What is this even"
After 12 months my order still hasn’t been delivered 😍
-- Malena benz, 2023-12-15

### *---- "Worthless"
No point in downloading app, create account, get email to verify and throws wrong password error, end of transaction, end of app, deleted within 15 minutes of download
-- justbob30, 2023-09-11

### *---- "Left for dead"
No updates in years and it is not compatible with iPad. I will stick with the website.
-- Ksuela, 2023-06-20

### ***** "cdjapan is fantastic"
Hopefully this offsets some of unfair one star reviews that gravely misrepresents a great company.

 And no personal data collected?!!

That's just... amazing.
-- LockSteps, 2021-05-23

### ****- "Ebooks hard to filter"
All good except hard to filter for ebooks
-- Uptown Lakes, 2021-02-22

### *---- "App keeps logging me out"
Every time i turn a page the app asks me to log back in didnt save my cart items at all each time either.
-- FleetingRevenge, 2020-07-09

### ***** "Awesome"
It’s such a great place to find music , not in America.
-- J Crytin, 2019-12-22

### *---- "Scammers with horrible customer service"
Horrible customer service and basically a scam
They will sell you defective blu rays and say you need a new blu ray player for it to work. I have 3 blu ray players (ps3,ps4 abs xbox1) and none play it even though they are all updated. Such a scam
-- ApixDesign, 2018-07-23
