Used 2 probes and although they read close to the same temp the times were drastically different until the last 15 minutes of cooking. I left the legs in past the temp alarm to ensure they were done. Sounded good, but when I looked at the temperature chart, it is a joke. There is no way to change either scale. The temperature scale is from -30 to 240 and the time range is 3 minutes.
