I take 6 different medications and after loading them in my account I tried to find a participating pharmacy. Trying preferred, rx for less, and retail options they all come up not covered by CDPHP. I called and verified they are covered but the CS person had no idea why the app wasn’t working. I’m done and will compare pricing on each different pharmacy website. I have requested that only 1 of my prescriptions be delivered via “mail order”!
