Not sure what happened but all functionality of the app is gone

Easy to use but I don’t understand how it calculates some of the numbers. I normally use rent to determine managment say $1,200 annual on a $1,000 monthly rental but but it says $1,080? Makes no sense when I told it to do 10%. I don’t know what it’s trying to find.

Best app in the business. CDS absolutely nailed an investor tool!

Love this app! Super simple when you watch David Chandler Smith tutorial on how to use it.

This is contrary to your privacy label which explicitly says the app collects no data. Why do you need my email address? What are you doing with it?

Love the app for doing a quick rundown to see what the potential is on places. Not cluttered up with to much information, covers the bases and keeps it clean. One feature that would be nice is if utilities where a monthly expense cause you have to figure that up before entering if but other then that it’s fantastic!

How can I completely change the numbers and the end result be the same? This is not worth downloading.

Powerful tool with easy inputs to use while looking at properties to run numbers in the moment rather than back at home or office.
