## CDS Vic West Reviews in Australia

### **--- "Too many rejects"
When I first started returning containers here they would put my reject cans through again. They never do that anymore. I don’t know why the machine rejects perfectly good cans but it does. On the second try it will often accept them. Also customer service has gone down. I was signed up for the funds to enter my bank account. Now they just give you a docket with no advice on where to redeem funds. Might just start going to the self service container deposits.

This initiative has been a great fundraiser for our garden club. We are raising funds and keeping containers out of landfill.
It’s a great feeling!
-- Nicked08, 2024-12-13

### ***** "Fantastic program"
This recycling program is the best thing ever. I noticed so much less litter on the streets and it gives kids/adults an opportunity to make some pocket money. I pick up items as I walk the dog so it’s a dual purpose. Always works sufficiently as well.
-- Fairy floss17, 2024-12-13
