If you are looking for a smart switch or plug, perhaps look elsewhere. I get that Apple makes changes to iOS that software companies have to adapt to, but it’s been more than 6 months and widgets are still mostly broken. We can do all the uninstall and reinstall that you tell us, but in the end it’s still broken. I’m going to replace with ones that actually work.

After going through all the hoops and hurdles of setting up a 2.4 wifi network that is inconveniently required in order for the switch to connect, only to find out they still won’t connect.
Despite also being located a mere 2 feet away from the internet for the entire house, still nothing.
Once you’ve gone through all of the provide connection support/FAQ there is no further support or contact.
What you get is regular light switches that blink constantly. Brutal.

Outdated screenshots in the instructions setup guide to link my smart plug to my google home are unable to show me how to set up this connection. Says click on “me” in bottom right corner and the Google assistant when this is not possible as the bottom right button is profile and only brings you to the outdated instructions. We’ve been using these Wi-Fi plugs and switches since we got them at Costco a few years ago. When they work, they’re great. When they don’t, there is no useful tech support. They often have trouble with changing to and from daylight savings time and the closest thing we’ve had to an answer is “delete them and reinstall them” - because that’s not annoying twice a year. Since the most recent update about half of the devices are constantly showing offline, but sometimes work anyway. And sometimes don’t.

I’ve got 3 energy mounting devices where I used to be able to pull the full daily energy useable history.  Now it will only let me see the current month and I can’t even scroll down past about 6 months to see the total monthly usage either.

This functionality has become more flakey over time.  Unsure if it’s app version updates or devices themselves.  Router has been the same the whole time.

Looks like every now and then, I guess with every new version, I loose all devices from my app. They still work and keep their latest « state » but can’t control them anymore unless I start over again.. and even there they do not show up again unless I reset each of them which is not clearly explained how to do. 
it has happened too many time now I give 
Up!
so BE AWARE  before putting too many time in scenarios 100% sure you will loose them and need to redo at some point. these people cannot do a backup  
Too bad I liked the many options and flexibility. I was able to have my exterior home lights on at sun set and close every day at 12;00 this the 2 stars..

very much annoying Too bad !!
