Ive had this app since the beginning and had no issues now I try opening the app and it freeze and I cant do anything with it cant even sign in can you please fix this please. I’m running this on an apple iPad Pro
Now can’t change name of switch location (ie “Kitchen lights”), also I have to close app to go back to list to turn on or off other switches. Please fix an otherwise good product.

so hard to connect to phone i am currently trying to connect it idk if i’ll be able to tho.
Outdated screenshots in the instructions setup guide to link my smart plug to my google home are unable to show me how to set up this connection. Says click on “me” in bottom right corner and the Google assistant when this is not possible as the bottom right button is profile and only brings you to the outdated instructions. Waste of $$ unless can fix this
We’ve been using these Wi-Fi plugs and switches since we got them at Costco a few years ago. When they work, they’re great. When they don’t, there is no useful tech support. They often have trouble with changing to and from daylight savings time and the closest thing we’ve had to an answer is “delete them and reinstall them” - because that’s not annoying twice a year. Since the most recent update about half of the devices are constantly showing offline, but sometimes work anyway. And sometimes don’t.
Recent update rendered that I have to login every time to turn on a light (or turn off). So annoying to the level that to say it’s not acceptable. Please fix it immediately!!!
Useless useless useles
I’ve got 3 energy mounting devices where I used to be able to pull the full daily energy useable history. Now it will only let me see the current month and I can’t even scroll down past about 6 months to see the total monthly usage either. This functionality has become more flakey over time. Unsure if it’s app version updates or devices themselves. Router has been the same the whole time.
