Love! Love! Love Shopee!

I love shopping at Shopee! Soooooo many products at affordable price. Eversince I began to shop online, I rarely go out to buy cos literally almost everything I bought was from Shopee! Easy, and fuss free transaction.

Useless logistics team

Return parcel was not picked up despite receiving a standard SMS from Shopee for 2 days in a row! The call centre can only relay the message to the logistics dept. it’s a horrible experience to have to go through the returns/refund process! SHEIN is much much better with their logistics pick up service!

Great platform to shop

will never arrive on time

when you order they give u expected delivery date right ? it's not accurate at all. there will be many many "sorry our delivery driver was not able to complete your delivery on time. we will reattempt the delivery in the next 24-48h" and customer service will do nothing for you. the issue is not with long delivery time frame, the issue is with bad estimation on expected delivery date. if you're gna take a long time just say so instead of overpromising.

Shopee Shopping

Shopee used to have very good service and they assisted you when you have products issues. Lately they don’t care anymore and they go ahead to charge you even when the product doesn’t work. Pls buy Lazada instead. Cheaper and better service !

Without a sense of responsibility, no problem can be solved.

I specifically put off important things and lost my income, just for this package, I waited from 10am in the morning until now 5.30pm+! And they delivered it only when I had to go out for something important!! It's really an idiotic company, luckily my friend was at home, otherwise the package would have to be sent back to SPX and rescheduled for shipment!! It's really stupid, a company without any brains, I don't recommend you to use Shopee at all! This is the first time I give a bad review to a company, Shopee is really the worst, the worst and the most useless shopping online company, I really don't know what the meaning of its existence is! Rubbish!

Worse app

My shopee had been hacked and unauthorized transactions were made, without even resolving the issue shopee just suspended my whole account without even following up. Legit ridiculous, and I even have existing customers orders on my shop which has to be shipped soon and yet they just do this literary worse customer service.

SPayLater frozen

Missed payment on time for that particular month, was banned from using SPayLater. Asked to uplift the ban, but got denied. So disappointed with this rigid treatment by Shopee. Decided to close my account with them, and use other shopping platform whom have more flexibility and better service.
