BUILD A WORKOUT PLAN IN SECONDS
Tell Celia what you want — 20 minutes at home with no equipment, an hour at the gym with dumbbells, abs and core, upper body, stretching and mobility — and she builds a complete workout routine around your time, your equipment and your goal. Every exercise comes with a looping demonstration, so you always know the movement.

TRAIN WITH GUIDED ROUTINES
Press play and follow along. The workout player moves through each exercise on a timer with short form cues, so you are never counting reps or watching the clock. Save the routines that work, favourite the ones you love, and repeat them any day.

AN AI PERSONAL TRAINER YOU CAN TALK TO
Ask for a training plan, a healthy meal plan for weight loss or muscle gain, or dinner ideas from the ingredients already in your kitchen. Celia knows your routines, your meals and your progress, so the answer fits your plan and not somebody else's.

CALORIE COUNTER AND FOOD SCANNER
Point your camera at your meal and Celia estimates the calories, protein, carbs and fat. Log it in a tap and correct anything that looks off. No barcode hunting, no scrolling through a database for the right entry.

CALORIE AND MACRO TARGETS THAT FIT YOU
Enter your weight, height, age and gender and Celia works out your daily calorie budget and macro targets. Your home screen shows where you stand at a glance: calories left, protein, carbs and fat.
