I have an iPhone SE 3. It’s super fast compared to most phones on the market, but when I open this app it only has a “join now” button that can be pressed. I can scroll down to reveal “sign in”, but when I remove my finger it snaps back up to only revealing the “join now” button, rendering the “sign in” hyperlink completely unusable. In short, it’s not optimised for this particular model of phone, leaving me without sufficient access to sign in.
Put in all details then went to proceed and screen has gone blank. Given up trying to get in!
The app doesn’t work. I put in my details but when o go to put in a password, it keeps shutting down. Very frustrating and annoying, tried several times over several days!! Not worth the bother 😒
App is terrible user experience. Won’t verify your details and never seems to work
Verified my phone number, then wouldn’t recognize my email, tried again a few hours later, accepted the email, then said my phone number was already in use!! Can’t log in No one to contact Just says try phone number again, this is the only method to be able to ask for help…

I’m away at the moment so the delivery and billing address are different, if I untick the box saying they are the same I can’t proceed to payment. 3. Sent email via “Contact Us” receive email saying they would call next day, they didn’t. 4. Email also asked me to reply if I had additional info to enter, when hit send the email bounces back. Question is how much business are they losing because the App doesn’t work.
