The Central Bank mobile app has been extremely disappointing. The servers are frequently down, making it difficult or impossible to access essential banking services when needed. The app also suffers from numerous glitches and often fails to open altogether. Such reliability issues are unacceptable for a banking application, especially during emergencies when customers need immediate access to their accounts and services. Significant improvements in stability, performance, and uptime are urgently needed.

This app has serious performance issues. UX design itself is bad and looks cheap. The number of click i make the more the becomes slow. Do they never test their app before deploy it for production environment. The people from the local bank emphasize and force us to use this useless app where click on statements itself is a challenge. Please work and User Experience and give the app development to a third party service companies.
