The new app is fine, and works better than the old one for me. However, the security login options are messed up. I use the security code option, still have to use the password. I use the Face ID, still have to use the password. What’s the point of having these things if they’re not going to work?

It would be nice if resources were put into an area like contactless technology for our cards instead of fixing an issue that doesn’t seem to exist. I didn’t see anything wrong with the previous app. This one is nearly the same, but clunkier.

I do want to add that Centennial is the best bank I’ve ever used. This app is not. Maybe a simple explanation as to why we had to change apps, instead of shoving the switch on us, would have felt less inconvenient.
