What is wrong with this Ap?

Before Humana switched to using the Centerwell app, it was fine. This one has NEVER worked. It always says “oops something went wrong”. I can’t order any of my moms needs, can’t see her balance, nothing. So frustrating!

Worst experience ever!!!

Can’t tell me why my Gabapentin prescription of 100 mg was delayed. Tells me it’s shipped but tracking number says its still waiting on the package FOR A WEEK! It was ordered on May 9th and this is the 17th! They won’t cancel the prescription for 10 days starting the 11th because they say it’s shipped. My local pharmacy can’t fill it because Centerwell won’t cancel it. This prescription is to help me get off gabapentin without withdrawal symptoms but it looks like I’m doing it cold turkey. I’m also now out of meloxicam and levothyroxin. I’ll never use this service again!!!

Have had issues

I can’t get information I need. I get emails regarding rx but there is nothing on site to relate to email. No communication on the site to ask questions. Useless

Can’t sign in

I’ve tried for six months. The app is bad and when I could sign in thru the Humana app, products have been out of stock of6 months.

Useless to sign in

I have to google Centerwellpharcy.com rather than this app every time I try to sign-in to get the Free Vitimins. This App says “there a mistake, try again” only to get that same message from this app.

What a joke

I lost my first quarter

Hi, I lost my first quarter hundred dollars because it says on the app right in the middle of the page, The OTC benefits are good until 12/31/24 so I was saving until I had a couple quarters saved up and I opened up the app today and it said that I didn’t have the first quarter money anymore and I only have the current quarters money that was very misleading. You really should change that I could’ve used the hundred dollars. I am very low income and believe me every hundred dollars makes a big difference it’s enough to make me cry I’m writing this review so that that doesn’t happen to anybody else any other insurance I’ve been on you could save each quarter and have it accumulate and use it all the way up to the end of the year. WOW
