This app glitches a lot.  It is difficult to navigate particularly when it comes to searching for specific workouts.  I had a lot of hopes about this and while it has helped me get started in my fitness journey I can’t say I recommend this. There are other apps build as a one stop shop for you to track weight, calories, etc., and this is not the app.  Not to mention my membership hasn’t even expired and I cannot even log in.

Steph is amazing, fit, fluid and strong, I hurt like hell first couple times, accompanied by some questionable bad language during exercise but gradually built up to it.  Mobility is just not taught on her level and does not come naturally. Best course on Centr and that is saying a lot of fantastic courses here.

This app is an incredible resource for training; the workout variety and accessibility for all fitness levels are top-tier. However, to truly become the 'ultimate' fitness tool, it needs robust personalization and tracking features. Adding the ability to monitor weight, muscle gain, and nutrition alongside the existing educational manuals would bridge the gap between just 'working out' and actually managing a transformation. I’d love to see a dashboard that visualizes my progress—showing exactly where I started versus how far I’ve come.

I began this app and program in 2021. Loved it for maybe 2 years then it went downhill. They haven’t updated their recipes in a year. I think last year they added less than 5 recipes. The hype is gone for the app.
