## Central Arkansas Library Reviews in United States

### **--- "Please fix"
This is a clunky app. The app is extremely frustrating to use! It frequently takes me to a log in screen, when I’m already logged in. It sometimes says I’m logged in to another device which I’m not. I’m just trying to use the library. It’s not smooth or easy to use. I’m surprised more people aren’t complaining.
-- AmyRB1113, 2024-06-30

### ***** "Hooray"
Thank you thank you thank you for returning this APP to us! I missed having MY SHELVES!! And all of the other excellent features!!!
-- Debby, Arkansas, 2023-03-24

### *---- "Bad app"
App won’t even open.
-- jwelfel, 2022-12-11

### *---- "Utter junk"
Like almost everyone else here, I’ve been unable to even get the thing to launch for as long as I’ve had it. Bad move CALS.
-- Illgble, 2022-12-01

### *---- "Central Arkansas Library"
App shuts down immediately
Worthless
-- B-r-c, 2022-12-01

### *---- "Useless, doesn’t function"
As soon as I try to open it crashes. Don’t understand why CALS hasn’t made fixing this issue a priority.
-- Mutually mine, 2022-11-20

### *---- "App crashes"
What’s wrong with this app? I can’t even get past OPEN and it crashes. I see lots of people having this issue, is anything being done about it?
-- aej19782013, 2022-10-19

### *---- "Please go back to Bibliocommons!"
Please, please, PLEASE go back to Bibliocommons! The new app is useless (and that’s if I can even access it…constantly crashing) and the web site isn’t as user friendly or helpful either. I love CALS but not a fan of this change at all.
-- Cbcbdgyd129, 2022-10-14

### *---- "Not Functional"
I can’t even get the new app to open! No matter what I do it continually crashes.
-- jsk1983!!!., 2022-10-13

### *---- "Old app was great. New app crashes"
I can’t even use it.
