Biometric Login
- Securely log in to your accounts with Face ID or Touch ID.
 
Business Mobile Check Deposit
- Take a picture of your check using the Mobile Check Deposit feature to deposit the funds into your account.
 
Account Management 
- Stay on top of your accounts by viewing your account balances, information, and activity.
 
Retrieve Check Images 
- Recover images of your checks that you have sent or deposited.
 
Enhance Your Fraud Protection
- Oversee all of your financial accounts and cash flow activities, including balances, transfers, payments, and deposits so you can monitor what’s happening and where. You can even set controls on payees and payments with secondary user approval. 
 
Go Paperless
- View up to seven years of statement history.
 
Manage Your Funds
- Approve Wire Transfers and Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments.
 
Make Loan Payments
- Manage, view balances, and schedule payments on installment loans, mortgage loans, and lines of credit. 
 
Set up Account Alerts
- Get real-time updates for pending deposits, account benchmarks, overdrawn accounts, transactions over a specific amount, and more.

This terrible excuse for an app is the reason why I am changing banks. I do everything online. I run an online business and this makes it so hard to navigate things for me. Do not recommend. They should have kept the personal app and biz together like they used to have it.

It worked before the last update, now neither my wife or I can login using biometrics. And since you have to put the company ID in manually, this makes the login process slow and cumbersome.

This app is all but unusable. Always under maintenance..  biometrics does not work even when enabled.. 
it is hard to see how much money is there and what is pending.. I understand the old app was for some reason discontinued but couldn’t you make the new one like that,  it was so much better in every way. Every time I have to use this app I want to change banks..  please fix it.

If you want endless frustration, cussing out the bank every time you try to use it, this is the app for you! I can’t even log in without inputting all my information every time. It no longer allows me to use facial recognition and I can’t copy and paste my login credentials. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I would give it negative stars if it were possible! THE WORST BANKING APP EVER!

When the app works it’s functional but every other day the app is down due to maintenance. At night app is down, at lunch the app is down. I do all my banking via the app so it’s very frustrating. And now the face sign in doesn’t work and you need your company id. I’m considering switching banks because of this poor app.

The most recent update seems to have broken the ability to login with Face ID. The added step of entering the login id plus the username and password is not a user friendly feature. This breaks compatibility with most password managers. 

The activity view doesn’t include payee details and results in the need to login to the actual website to review. The consumer (non-business) version of this app is better.

Going to change banks because this app is absolutely worthless. Nice update! Lost the ability to use facial recognition. Now I have to type business id, user name and password everytime I want to log in. Love the bank but it’s not worth dealing with their pathetic app.
